My Mission

Brendan Weldon and his wife founded 3:23 Special Protection to bring a higher standard of integrity to the private security industry. His career began at the Graves County Sheriff’s Office in 2017, followed by service as a Deputy Sheriff for McCracken County. Brendan Weldon distinguished himself as an Operator on the Special Service Team (SWAT), where he honed the tactical precision, rapid decision-making, and crisis management skills that now define this agency.

However, 3:23 Special Protection was born out of a desire to serve beyond the badge. Currently attending Ministry School, Brendan Weldon and his wife leads this company with a philosophy grounded in Colossians 3:23, working with all your heart, as for the Lord. This unique combination of SWAT-level capability and a faith-based dedication to service ensures that every client is protected with courage, honor, and genuine care.
